However, a formal attorney-client relationship is only established once a written engagement agreement is signed by both parties. Do not share extremely sensitive or incriminating information via the web form; save such details for a private consultation.
3. Data Usage & Storage
Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure. We employ multi-factor authentication and strict access controls to ensure your information remains private.
As per our internal governance policies, consultation inquiries are retained for up to 365 days (as configured in our current governance settings) before automatic deletion, unless converted into an active legal matter. active legal matters are stored indefinitely or until the legal retention period required by Nepali law expires.
4. Administrative Access & Exports
Authorized administrators of Bhattarai Legal Service may export system data for record-keeping, conflict checks, and audit purposes. All administrative actions (logins, exports, edits) are logged in an audit trail to ensure accountability and data integrity.
5. Your Rights & Deletion

6. Security Measures
We implement strict Content Security Policies (CSP), App Check (reCAPTCHA v3), and rate limiting to prevent unauthorized access and protect our clients' data from common cyber threats.
